How credits work.
Every plan comes with monthly AI credits. One pool pays for every AI action.
One pool for everything
Chat, agents, scheduled jobs, images, video, research and the API all spend the same credits. Heavier models and bigger jobs spend more. Plan credits reset every month.
A weekly budget
On Personal, Starter and Pro, a week can use up to 30% of the month's credits. At the budget, an owner, admin or billing manager can continue, buy credits or upgrade.
Extra credits
You can buy extra credit packs whenever you need them. They stay valid for 12 months, the weekly budget never limits them, and plan credits are spent first.

Can I start using it today?
Self-serve is in early access. Ask for early access and we’ll let you know when your seat is ready. Business is set up with you on a video call: book a call.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
No. Every plan is paid. The smallest is Personal, at €19 a month.
What is a credit?
The one currency on the platform. What an AI action spends depends on the model and the size of the job, so heavier models spend credits faster. Usage is counted in whole credits, rounded up per reply. At list price, 1,000 credits never cost less than €1 on any plan, tier or pack.
What happens at the weekly budget?
On Personal, Starter and Pro, a week can use up to 30% of the month’s credits. At that point an owner, admin or billing manager can continue, buy credits or upgrade.
Which plan has the audit log?
Every plan keeps the last 30 days, so you can answer a security incident quickly. Business adds the full history and export, together with custom roles with per-user permission overrides, approval rules with amount limits and several approvers, and single sign-on with Google Workspace (Microsoft Entra ID on request).
Can we use our own AI keys?
On Enterprise. You bring the keys for every paid provider, and no Alethe credits are used.

Where is our data?
The platform, your database and its backups are in Germany. You choose where the AI runs: Worldwide by default, or EU-hosted, which switches a few features off.
