Good to know.

Can clients book without calling?

Yes. The public booking page shows the free slots and takes the booking, with GDPR consent, in English, Czech or Slovak.

Can staff see each other's clients?

No. Staff see only their own calendar, and colleagues show as busy. The front desk books for everyone, and the manager sees everything, including revenue.

Do you send SMS reminders?

Not yet. Reminders go out by e-mail today. SMS reminders are coming as a paid pack.

Which plans include Bookings?

Starter, Pro and Business. Personal has no customer packages. See the plans.
