Alethe s.r.o. uses the companies below to run the Alethe platform. Each one processes customer personal data only on our instructions. All of them work under a written data processing agreement with the obligations of Article 28(3) GDPR, except Higgsfield and Fish Audio, which offer none: we use them only for organisations that chose processing outside the EU and whose administrator acknowledged this, and never for EU-hosted organisations.

International transfers
Where a subprocessor processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and otherwise by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914). The safeguard for each subprocessor is set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
Changes to this list
We announce a new or replaced subprocessor at least 30 days before it starts processing personal data, by updating this page and e-mailing each business customer’s data-protection contact. Customers can object on reasonable data-protection grounds, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
Data Processing Agreement
Business customers receive our Data Processing Agreement at onboarding. It lists each subprocessor’s address, contact and transfer safeguard. To request it, write to info@alethe.eu.
Integrations you connect yourself, such as your own Google, Meta or Shopify account, act for you under your own agreement with that provider and are not our subprocessors. How we handle personal data as a controller is in our Privacy Policy.
